Abstract
The financial management of the Pondok Pesantren Miftahussalam is a financial management carried out by the board of the boarding school. In this case, the treasurer keeps the book of funds obtained from students’ dues and the infaq or donation of mosques. The treasures also conducts financial planning for the needs of the boarding school. The problem faced by both the treasurer and the students is the delay of payment. It happens due to the specific reason of each student and also the treasurer, so there are often some students forgetting to pay and becoming in arrears for several months. This research is aimed to make an e-reminder service system or electronic reminder messages. It uses the WhatsApp gateway, especially for the payment of student dues, where the system will notify the students' WhatsApp numbers to make dues payments, and provide financial recap of the students. It uses a website-based application for financial management systems, Whatsapp API for sending reminders via WhatsApp, and MySQL as a database. Keywords: Reminder, Whatsapp Gateway, Management.
