Abstract
86Rentcar is a car rental company. Currently, the transaction data and schedule for vehicle rental of 86Rentcar are handled manually and have not been computerized so that they are prone to loss of important data, to have misinformation and to result in a lack of speed and accuracy in service. These problems make the author offer a solution for the development of computerized data management information systems. This Car Rental Management Information System aims to develop and create a loan data processing system at 86Rentcar, and to facilitate employees in the process of recording bookings and making car rental reports. The software development methodology used in this system is the waterfall methodology. The results obtained is that the system can be used to assist car rental reservations by determining the date and type of car. This data can be used to check the car data according to the tenant's wishes, then the transaction process is carried out and connected to the payment gateway.
