Abstract
Rubber (Hevea Brasiliensi) is included in the Hevea genus which comes from the Euphorbiaceae family. It, is a tropical woody tree originating from Amazon. There have been many articles and studies which state that until now Indonesia has had the largest area of rubber plantations but is not supported by high productivity. It surely causes economic losses caused by disease attacks. Farmers' knowledge of disease management in rubber plants in Indonesia is low. However, along with technological advances in various aspects of life today, technology developers create new applications that make it easier for people to get information. The forward chaining method is one of the methods often used in expert systems to make it look more natural. This research emphasizes on two aspects, namely the symptoms and types of disease in rubber plants. The final result of this research is an expert system that can diagnose rubber plant diseases and the prevention of diseases that attack rubber plants. Keywords: Expert System, Rubber, Diagnosis
