Abstract
Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University presents the University's staffing information in different ways. There are units that have already used the staffing information system but some have not. Presentation of staffing information that has not used information system can hamper the university performance. It happens to Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University located on Jl.Bekan, Tuntung UH III / 1043 Umbulharjo Tel (0274) 375637. It is difficult to find data and it hampers the performance of lecturers and employees. This research is to develop an employee information system to facilitate the management of employee data from 3 campuses that are interconnected with employee data, job data, performance data, and penalty data. The resulted information systems can provide the data needed for staffing. It will be easier to get the desired employee data, and also to facilitate the planning part in analyzing employee data to carry out future strategies.
