Abstract

ABSTRAK Gedung Fakultas Sastra Universitas Sanata Dharma memiliki 6 lantai termasuk 1 lantai basement sebagai area parkir dengan ketinggian total 21,5 meter di atas permukaan tanah. Tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mendapatkan nilai performance point arah x dan arah y dari program SAP2000 v14.0 dan level kinerja bangunan berdasarkan FEMA 356 dan ATC-40. Hasil performance point ATC-40 untuk arah x diperoleh gaya geser (V) 22935.248 kN, perpindahan (D) 0,109 m, waktu efektif (Teff) 0,803 detik, dan redaman efektif (βeff) 0,053% dan untuk arah y diperoleh gaya geser (V) 22413.788 kN, perpindahan (D) 0,115 m, waktu efektif (Teff) 0,833 detik, dan redaman efektif (βeff) 0,050%. FEMA 356 target perpindahan untuk arah x diperoleh gaya geser (Vy) 31448.558 kN, perpindahan (Dy) 0,173 m dan target perpindahan (δt) 0,175077 m dan untuk arah y diperoleh gaya geser (Vy) 25931,394 kN, perpindahan (Dy) 0,183 m dan target perpindahan (δt) 0,184332 m. Berdasarkan ATC-40 nilai Maximum Total Drift push x 0,00507 dan push y 0,00535 dan Maximum Inelastic Drift nilai x 0,00460 dan push y 0,00488, berdasarkan tingkat kinerja struktur bangunan berada dalam kategori IO (Immediate Occupancy) , yang berarti bahwa setelah gempa bumi terjadi bangunan tidak mengalami kerusakan struktural yang signifikan, risiko korban aman dan bangunan dapat segera difungsikan kembali. Kata kunci: Gedung, Pushover, ATC, FEMA, SAP2000. ABSTRACT The Sanata Dharma University Faculty of Literature building has 6 floors including 1 basement floor as a parking area with a total height of 21.5 meters above ground level. ATC-40 performance point results for x direction obtained shear force (V) 22935,248 kN, displacement (D) 0,109 m, effective time (Teff) 0,803 seconds, and effective attenuation (βeff) 0,053% and for y direction obtained shear force (V) ) 22413,788 kN, displacement (D) 0.115 m, effective time (Teff) 0.833 seconds, and effective attenuation (βeff) 0.050%. FEMA 356 displacement target for x direction is obtained shear force (Vy) 31448.558 kN, displacement (Dy) 0.173 m and displacement target (δt) 0.175077 m and for y direction obtained shear force (Vy) 25931,394 kN, displacement (Dy ) 0.183 m and the target displacement (δt) 0.184332 m. Based on ATC-40 the value of Maximum Total Drift push x 0.00507 and push y 0.00535 and Maximum Inelastic Drift values x 0.00460 and push y 0.00488, based on the performance level of the building structure is in the category of IO (Immediate Occupancy), which means that after an earthquake occurs the building does not experience significant structural damage, the risk of casualties is safe and the building can be re-functioned immediately.
