Abstract
Motorcycle is a widely used transportation tool this day. The development of the automotive world influences the improvement of the motorcycle. It offers a new technology of fuel injection, and the new technology of machine and power. However, in the treatment of motorcycles, people face many problems and they lack of experience and knowledge of motorcycles. Therefore this research is aimed at developing a system of experts used to diagnose injection damage to the symptoms experienced by the user. The system uses the certain factor (CF) method that will show the magnitude of the symptoms' belief in possible damage to a user motorbike. Such gross value of fornication is a matter of calculation by using a tangible factor (CF) method. Cf values are used to determine damages by rules determined, and to know the percentage of successful diagnosis of motorcycle damage using the method certainty factor (CF). The system is built in Web languages or PHP programming and Mysql databases. Keywords: malfunction, diagnosis, motorbike,Certainty Factor (CF).
