Abstract
At this time the inventory process of tools and goods at Bopkri 2 Senior High School Yogyakarta is still done manually. The input process still uses Microsoft Excel. Every data collection of goods at Bopkri 2 Senior High School Yogyakarta still relies on a school computer that is very vulnerable to losing school inventory data if at any time the school computer is damaged or cannot function again. There have been many schools in Indonesia that have used the web in the school information media which includes a wide area for the community to obtain school information, but it is still rare in the collection of school inventory items. In this case, in order to support the inventory of goods in Bopkri 2 Senior High School Yogyakarta, an application called an inventory of tools and goods information systems is needed. The design carried out to build this application is to use the web as a media access with the programming language used is PHP and its database using MySQL. Hence, every inventory system in Bopkri 2 Senior High School Yogyakarta can work better and more efficiently, because if a school employee or staff member at the school wants to check goods that enter the school, it will be easier and more practical with the information system application.
