Abstract
Jeep Tour of Toyota Land Cruiser Merapi (TLCM) is one of the transportation service providers for lava tour tours of Merapi. In the lava tour package booking system, the payment is an important thing in visiting business activities at TLCM. In this study, there are some problems, including ordering transactions that are still done by telephone or direct coming to TLCM. Even, to know the availability of the car ordered can take a long time. The second problem is the payment confirmation which is still manual through transferring via bank and showing the proof of the transfer to Jeep Wisata TLCM via the WhatsApp application to confirm the payment. The creation of an ordering and payment system using this payment gateway is intended to make it easier for visitors to choose the tour packages, to see the availability of cars, and to make payment transactions easier. The research methodology uses the stages of data collection, analysis, design, implementation and system testing. The testing of this system is the black box testing method. It can be concluded that the system can display company profiles, handle the order process, handle payments using a payment gateway simulation, monitor transaction status, print transaction reports and display available travel packages and cars. The result of this study is a web-based tour package booking system with a payment system using a midtrans payment gateway that can assist visitors in making booking transactions and payment transactions for lava tour packages.
