Abstract
This research aims to develop a system to replace Google Spreadsheet in informatics graduation administration at University of Technology Yogyakarta. The current administration procedures use Google Spreadsheet and e-mail to collect the student’s data. Using the Google Spreadsheet makes security and consistency of student’s data is not protected. The process of accumulate certificate total points still not effective. Students cannot get information about the data they have entered. The graduation data collection process is still not centralized. This research uses the Prototype method to develop the system. The system testing process is a questionnaire method, Likert Scale and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research produces a system that have some features in accordance with the main tasks of the Studies Program Secretary and Studies Program Admin. The interface of the system is attractive and comfortable to use. From the results of the Likert scale calculation, it is obtained a final value of 93.80% on the measurement of system convenience, 87.60% on measuring system capability, 93.20% on measuring information displayed in the system, 89.15% on measuring interface system, 88.37% on measuring system comparison with Google Sheets and 90.70% on measuring system implementation approval levels. The TAM analysis results in a value of 91.99% for the Perceived Ease of Use assessment and 89.15% for the Perceived Usefulness assessment. The conclusion from this research is that the system can protect the consistency and security of the student’s data. The system can make the process of accumulate certificate total points more effective and faster. The process of student’s data collection becomes more centralized and the students can see the information about to their data in the system.
