Abstract
Trips are activities that are not too long to take and the persons will definitely return to their place of origin. A trip to Japan is an option for a vacation, finding out about the outside world and even adding to experiences. However, sometimes choosing a destination to go to becomes difficult due to cost factors, the length of the trip to be done, accomodation, destination and the internet package in Japan. This research is carried out with the main objective of establishing a Japanese trip selection system at PT Surya Perkasa Nuvantara. The research method is the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The results show that the Japanese trip selection system is able to selectively choose the alternative trip package options that best suit the wishes of prospective Japanese trip participants. The trip selection results based on the specified criteria have the greatest preference value which will be a recommendation for selecting a Japanese trip package that is included in the PT Surya Perkasa Nuvantara trip package list.
