Abstract

PT Anindo Perkasa Abadi is a food manufacturing company, especially engaged in the fisheries sector. PT Anindo Perkasa Abadi has branches in all cities of Indonesia. The head office is located in West Jakarta. Currently. The employee candidate selection procedure still applies manual or written calculations. Each of the results of a series of tests that the applicant has taken will be combined one by one, and the HRD will decide whether the employee is accepted or rejected. In certain conditions, it can increase the chance of human error. Prospective Employee Decision Support Systems are certainly expected to help HRD in determining whether or not prospective employees of PT Anindo Perkasa Abadi will be accepted. It may reduce the risk of human error. This study uses the Tsukamoto model of fuzzy inference system to determine the eligibility of prospective employees or applicants at the company. With this method, it is hoped that the assessment will be more precise because it is based on the value of the set of each criterion and then the values are entered into the predetermined rule base so that more accurate results will be obtained for prospective new employees of PT. Anindo Perkasa Abadi received. In making a decision support system, the author created a website-based system to assist the recruitment of prospective employees who wish to register as prospective employees of PT Anindo Perkasa Abadi. The result of this research is the decision. If the decision is accepted, the final score will be in the range 0-1, on the other hand, when the decision is rejected, the final result is 0. From the results of the decision being accepted, it will be reordered based on the highest value.
