Abstract
In general, a company engaged in trade and manufacturing will always calculate the availability of goods. The company will often take into account the availability of goods at the end of the period and when the goods enter the warehouse or exit the warehouse. Sales increasing is possibly shown in manually recorded and calculated notes. This condition results in a long processing time and inaccuracy in managing. To deal with this, a system is needed to manage the transactions of incoming and outgoing goods. This system is equipped with an automatic report generation feature. This is needed to facilitate employees and owners in managing their business. With the implementation of this document-oriented database, data security is more assured as well. This system is designed using PHP and HTML programming languages. The results of this study are a web-based warehouse transaction data processing application using document-oriented database. This application provides information on item data, supplier data, merchandise stock, incoming goods report, goods out report and return reports automatically based on transactions that have been carried out.
