Abstract

ABSTRAK Gedung Layanan Alumni Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yang berada di DaerahIstimewa Yogyakarta termasuk ke dalam wilayah gempa kategori resiko gempa IV. Bangunan Gedung Layanan Alumni Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta sangat menarik untuk dilakukan evaluasi kinerja karena penulis ingin mengetahui apa yang akan terjadi setelah gempa terjadi, apakah banguan tetap berdiri tanpa kerusakan struktur ataupun non-struktur sehingga dapat memicu keruntuhan pada gedung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui nilai capacity curve pada kurva pushover sesuai hasil ETABS v9.7.1. dan mengetahui nilai performance point pada kurva pushover serta mengetahui kriteria kinerja seismik struktur Gedung Gedung Layanan Alumni Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta berdasarkan ATC-40. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan pada Tugas Akhir ini ialah Pushover Analysis dengan bantuan data respon spektrum wilayah gempa Yogyakarta dengan nilai Sds= 1, nilai Sd1=0,6 sesuai kategori risiko gempa C (Tanah Keras) serta kategori desain seismik menggunakan nilai R=8 hal ini guna memperoleh kriteria kinerja bangunan berdasarkan Peraturan ATC-40 dengan menggunakan bantuan software ETABS v9.7.1. Dari hasil analisis pushover didapatkan nilai besarnya gaya lateral maksimum untuk push x yang mampu ditahan oleh struktur sebesar17076.5kN yang terjadi pada step 12, dengan displacement 0.0114 m. Gaya lateral yang mampu ditahan untuk push y sebesar 18444.8kN yang terjadi pada step 12, dengan displacement0,0367 m. Level kinerja struktur untuk push x diperoleh hasil kinerja struktur (performance point) dengan gaya geser sebesar12276,909kN, displacement (Dt) 0,071(m), redaman efektif (βeff) 9,8%dan waktu efektif (Teef) 0,501detik. Hasil analisis untuk push y diperoleh hasil kinerja struktur (performance point) dengan gaya geser sebesar 10957,285 kN, displacement (Dt) 0,072m, redaman efektif (βeff) 12,5% dan waktu efektif (Teef) 0,612 detik. Hasil perhitungan dengan bantuan software ETABS 9.7.1 berdasarkan ATC-40 menunjukkan bahwa gedung Layanan Alumni Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta termasuk dalam level kinerja Immediate Ocupancy (IO) hal ini berarti bahwa bila terjadi gempa gedung tidak mengalami kerusakan struktur dan non struktural sehingga bangunan tersebut tetap aman digunakan. ABSTRACT Yogyakarta State University Alumni Service Building in Yogyakarta Special Region is included in the earthquake zone IV earthquake risk category. This building is very interesting to do a performance evaluation because the writer wants to know what will happen after the earthquake occurs, whether the building still stands without structural or non-structural damage so that it can trigger collapse in the building. The purposes of this study are to determine the value of the capacity curve on the pushover curve according to the results of ETABS v9.7.1; to find out the value of performance points on the pushover curve; and knowing the seismic performance criteria of the Yogyakarta State University Alumni Service Building structure based on ATC-40. The research methodology used is Pushover Analysis with the help of Yogyakarta earthquake zone response data with the value of Sds = 1, the value of Sd1 = 0.6 that matches the earthquake risk category C (Hard Land) and the seismic design category using this value R = 8 in order to obtain building performance criteria based on ATC-40 regulations using the help of ETABS v9.7.1 software. From the results of pushover analysis, the maximum lateral force value for push x that is able to be held by the structure is 17070.5 kN which occurs in step 12, with displacement of 0.0114 m. The lateral force that is able to be held to push y is 18444.8kN which occurs in step 12, with displacement 0,0367 m. At the Structure performance level for push x, the structural performance (performance point) results with shear force of 12276.909kN, displacement (Dt) 0.071 (m), effective attenuation (βeff) 9.8% and effective time (Teef) 0.501 seconds. The results of the analysis for push y obtained performance points with shear forces of 10957,285 kN, displacement (Dt) 0.072m, effective attenuation (βeff) 12.5% and effective time (Teef) 0.612 seconds. Calculation results with the help of ETABS 9.7.1 software based on ATC-40 indicate that the Yogyakarta State University Alumni Service building is included in the performance level of Immediate Occupancy (IO); and this means that in the event of an earthquake the building does not suffer structural and non-structural damage so that the building remains safe to use.
