Abstract

ABSTRACT In the implementation of multi-storey building projects it is necessary to have a project management that is useful for managing the quality plan, duration and cost of the project. To regulate that a project does not exceed the limits that have been planned, it is necessary to control the project so that the project can run smoothly in accordance with the initial planning that was previously done. The method used in this study is Earned value concept, which is one of the effective project control methods. This concept measures the amount of work units that have been completed at a time when judged based on the amount of budget provided for the work, after which modeling is done using the Microsoft Project program to find out what types of jobs are on the critical path. From the results of data analysis that has been done it can be seen that the project performance in this study obtained the value of SV (Schedule Variance) in the 20th week of - IDR. 21,171,778,771.71 in which the results obtained are negative numbers, and the SPI schedule performance index value produces an SPI number <1 which is 0.489%. Also obtained the TE value (Time Estimate) for 76 weeks so that the time difference obtained from the time of the initial planning of the project with that obtained from the results of the analysis is 39 weeks, and there are 10 types of work that are on the critical path after modeling with the Microsoft project. Keywords: Earned Value, Critical Pathway, Microsoft Project.
