Abstract
ABSTRAK Kecelakaan merupakan kejadian yang sangat cepat, tidak diharapkan tanpa diduga dan merupakan puncak dari rangkaian peristiwa. Kecelakaan di jalan raya dapat dapat disebabkan oleh faktor manusia, jalan, lingkungan, dan faktor kendaraan serta interaksi diantara keempat faktor tersebut. Kecelakaan lalu lintas saat ini menjadi permasalahan yang besar di Kota Magelang, khususnya di Jalan Ahmad Yani Km 1 sampai Km 6 yang rawan sekali terjadi kecelakaan. Hal ini didasarkan meningkatnya kebutuhan alat transportasi, kondisi jalan serta fasilitas jalan yang kurang memenuhi persyaratan sehingga bisa mengakibatkan pertambahan jumlah kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi. Untuk itu perlu adanya kajian terhadap penyebab kecelakaan lalu lintas pada daerah rawan kecelakaan sehingga pada akhirnya akan mengurangi jumlah kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Magelang dengan cara menentukan (black spot dan block site). Dengan mengetahui lokasi tersebut,maka dapat dilakukan penanganan khusus yang sesuai dan diharapkan dapat mencegah dan mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan yang terjadi. Agar dapat dilakukan upaya penanganan kecelakaan yang sesuai dan tepat sasaran, selain mengidentifikasi titik rawan juga dilakukan evaluasi terhadap penyebab kecelakaan dititik tersebut Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan pada Jl. Ahmad Yani Kota Magelang terdapat empat lokasi diindikasi sebagai daerah rawan kecelakaan sesuai analisis Z-Score yaitu Simpang Rindam (2.6115), Dealer Kawasaki (1.1374), Ayam Penyet (0.6460), dan Simpang RSJ (2.4477), tetapi setelah dilakukan metode Cussum hanya terdapat satu lokasi daerah rawan kecelakaan yaitu Simpang Rindam (3.5001). Traffic accidents have become a major problem in the city of Magelang, especially on Jalan Ahmad Yani Km 1 to Km 6 which is very prone to accidents. This is based on the increasing need for transportation, road conditions and road facilities that do not meet the requirements so that it can result in an increase in the number of traffic accidents that occur. For this reason, it is necessary to study the causes of traffic accidents in accident-prone areas so that in the end it will reduce the number of traffic accidents in the city of Magelang by determining (black spots and block sites). By knowing the location, special handling can be done that is appropriate and is expected to prevent and reduce the level of accidents that occur. In order to make efforts to handle accidents that are appropriate and right on target, in addition to identifying vulnerable points, an evaluation of the cause of the accident is also carried out. Based on the results of the analysis conducted on Jl. Ahmad Yani Magelang City, there are four locations indicated as accident-prone areas according to the Z-Score analysis, namely the Rindam Intersection (2.6115), the Kawasaki Dealer (1,1374), the Penyet Chicken (0.6460), and the RSJ Intersection (2.4477), but after using the Cussum method there is only one accident prone area, that is Simpang Rindam (3,5001).
