Abstract
ABSTRAK Suatu pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi, mempunyai serangkai aktivitas-aktivitas yang saling berkaitan satu dengan yang lain. Penggunaan metode yang tepat, praktis, cepat, dan aman sangat membantu dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan pada suatu proyek konstruksi. Namun masih saja sering terjadiketerlambatan dan penyimpangan kulaitas konstruksi pada tahap pelaksanaan proyek, hal ini bukan hanya disebabkan oleh faktor alam seperti curah hujan yang tinggi, pengadaan bahan atau matrial yang tidak sesuai,dan juga peralatan pelaksanaan yang tidak memadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pelaksanaan pengecoran kolom secara bertahap dan keseluruhan. Metode pelaksanaan bertahap terdiri dari alternatif 1 yaitu metode pelaksanaan pengecoran kolom dengan 3 zona dari semua kolom per lantai, sedangkan alternatif 2 yaitu metode pelaksanaan pengecoran kolom dengan 2 zona atau 1/2 dari jumlah kolom per lantai. Metode pelaksanaan keseluruhan atau alternatif 3 yaitu metode pelaksanaan pengecoran kolom secara 1 zona atau keseluruhan per lantai. Proses penelitian secara umum menggunakan metode pengumpulan data secara pengamatan langsung dilapangan, wawancara pihak kontraktor dan pelaksana, serta gambar kerja proyek. Proses analisis data menggunakan perhitungan excel dan alpikasi sketch Up untuk gambar ilustrasi pelaksanaan pengecoran. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan analisis rencana anggaran pelaksanaan, total biaya pelaksanaan pekrjaan kolom tiap alternatif seperti, alternatif 1 dengan total biaya IDR. 1.366.290.532, alternatif 2 dengan total biaya IDR. 1.430.228.432, dan alternatif ke 3 dengan total biaya IDR. 1.309.854.449. Selisih persentase biaya antara tiap metode pelaksanaan pengecoran alternatif 1 dengan alternatif 2 senilai 0,0447%, alternatif 1 dengan 3 senilai -0,0394%. Hasil analisis rencana anggaran pelaksanaan, alternatif metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan kolom yang paling efektf dan efesien waktu dan biaya adalah alternatif 3 dengan pelaksanaan 1 zona (keseluruhan) tiap lantai. The use of appropriate, practical, fast, and safe methods is very helpful in the completion of work on a construction project. However, there are still often delays and deviations in the quality of construction at the project implementation stage. This is not only caused by natural factors such as high rainfall, but also by the procurement of inappropriate materials, and also inadequate implementation equipment. This research uses the method of implementing column casting in stages and overall. The phased implementation method consists of alternative 1, which is the method of casting columns with 3 zones of all columns per floor, while alternative 2 is the method of casting columns with 2 zones or 1/2 of the number of columns per floor. The overall or alternative implementation method 3 is the method of implementing 1 zone or whole column casting per floor. The research process in general uses the method of data collection in direct field observations, interviews with contractors and implementers, as well as project work drawings. The process of analyzing data uses excel calculation and sketch Up application for illustrative drawings of casting. The results of this study obtained an analysis of the implementation of the budget plan, the total cost of implementing each alternative column work such as, alternative 1 with a total cost of IDR. 1,366,290,532, alternative 2 with a total cost of IDR. 1,430,228,432, and alternative 3 with a total cost of IDR. 1,309,854,449. The difference in the percentage of costs between each method of implementing alternative casting 1 with alternative 2 is 0.0447%, alternative 1 with 3 is -0.0394%. The results of the analysis of the implementation budget plan, the most effective alternative method of carrying out column work and time and cost is alternative 3 with the implementation of 1 zone (overall) per floor.
