Abstract
ABSTRAK Meningkatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi di Jawa Tengah, pasti berdampak juga pada peningkatan pergerakan dan angka lalu lintas harian, bahkan padatnya lalu lintas daerah Jawa Tengah. Dengan dibangunnya Jalan Tol Bawen-Salatiga, diharapkan mempermudah pergerakan dari Semarang ke Solo, Semarang-Yogyakarta, atau sebaliknya. Jalan Tol Bawen-Salatiga mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan yang perlu dianalisis lebih lanjut. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan biaya yang dikeluarkan dengan waktu yang ditempuh pengendara golongan I ketika melewati jalur tol atau jalur non tol. Tujuan dari analisis ini yaitu untuk mengetahui jumlah minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan Jalan Tol Bawen-Salatiga. Analisis tersebut menggunakan metode stated preference. Ada dua data yang dipakai yaitu, data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer adalah data olahan dari jawaban responden. Data sekunder adalah jawaban dari responden di kuisioner. Variabel terikat yang digunakan adalah biaya transportasi dan waktu tempuh. Untuk Variabel bebasnya adalah data pengguna jalan tol. Pengujian yang digunakan yaitu, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji hosmer dan lemeshow (chi-square), dan uji overall percentage. Analisis ini dilakukan untuk membahas mengenai pengguna, utilitas pemilihan, dan statistik utilitas jalan tol. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut, diketahui bahwa variabel biaya transportasi dan waktu tempuh berkorelasi dan mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat jalan dalam pemilihan rute jalan jalan tol. Hampir seluruh masyrakat cenderung menggunakan jalur non tol ketimbang jalur tol, namun ada beberapa masyarakat lebih memilih melalui jalan tol karena berbagai faktor. Kata Kunci: Tol Bawen-Salatiga, Minat Masyarakat, Stated Preference, Biaya Transportasi, Waktu Tempuh. Abstract The increasing economic growth in Central Java will certainly have an impact on increasing daily traffic and traffic figures, even the traffic congestion in the Central Java region. With the construction of the Bawen-Salatiga Toll Road, it is hoped that it will facilitate the movement from Semarang to Solo, Semarang-Yogyakarta, or vice versa. The Bawen-Salatiga Toll Road has advantages and disadvantages that need further analyses. The analysis is carried out by comparing the costs incurred with the time taken by class-1 riders when passing through toll lanes or non-toll roads. The purpose of this analysis is to determine the amount of public interest in using the Bawen-Salatiga Toll Road. The analysis used stated preference methods. There are two data used, namely, primary data and secondary data. Primary data are processed data from respondents' answers. Secondary data are the answers from the respondents in the questionnaire. The dependent variables used are transportation costs and travel time. The independent variable is data of toll road users. The tests used were the coefficient of determination (R2), the hosmer and lemeshow test (chi-square), and the overall percentage test. This analysis was conducted to discuss users, utility selection, and toll road utility statistics. From the test results, it is known that the variable transportation costs and travel time are correlated and have a strong influence on roads in selecting toll road routes. Almost all people tend to use non-toll roads rather than toll roads, but there are some people who prefer to go through toll roads due to various factors.
