Abstract

Kepuharjo, kec. Cangkringan, kab. Sleman, Yogyakarta, berdasarkan perhitungan sebesar Rp. 81.300.000/ bulan. Kata kunci: Excavator, Pertambangan Pasir, Teknik MPDM Abstract Civil engineering sector makes use of heavy equipment to assist humans in doing large-scale work. The purpose of using these heavy equipments is to make it easier for humans to do their jobs so that the expected results can be achieved more easily in a relatively short time. In the northern part of Sleman, there are abundant sand reserves, many sand mines or sand depots, so the use of heavy equipment, especially excavators, is getting higher. This research is on the analyses of the productivity of the excavator using the MPDM (Method Productivity Delay Model) method. In this research, it presented the excavator productivity, production cycle delays and operational costs. Based on the results of the research, the average productivity value of excavator heavy equipment on stripping work was 75.30 m3 / hour, ripping work was 71.66 m3 / hour, loading job was 98.28 m3 / hour. It was obtained that the excavator's heavy equipment off cycle time at the 2nd day using the MPDM technique was of 9.02 seconds, the 3rd day was of 16.70 seconds, on the 4th day was of 6.60 seconds, on the 5th day was of 3.30 seconds, on the 6th day was of 0,35 seconds and on the 7th day was of 25.39 seconds. For day 1, there wass no duty cycle time because it did not have non-delay time during the sampling time which was > 12 m3 per cycle. Excavator operational cost in Gendol river sand mining located in kel. Kepuharjo, kec. Cangkringan, Kab. Sleman, Yogyakarta, was calculation about Rp. 81,300,000/ month. Keywords: Excavator, Sand Mining, MPDM Engineering
