Abstract
ABSTRAK Kementrian pekerjaan umum dan perumahan rakyat (PUPR) memulai rehabilitasi pasar prawirotaman kota Yogyakarta jalan parangtritis, brontokusuman Yogyakarta. Rehabilitasi dilakukan untuk meningkatkan fungsi pasar sebagai sarana perdagangan rakyat sehingga menjadi bangunan yang tertata dan tidak kumuh. Pasar prawirotaman telah dimulai sejak 15 oktober dengan pelaksanaan selama 240 hari, dan target selesai 11 juni 2020. Metode Work Sampling tersebut diambil karena pendekatan yang bisa digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas dengan sangat mudah, metode ini untuk menghitung tingkat keefektifan pekerja dengan melakukan metode-metode pendekatan, mengukur produktivitas pekerja. Penelitian dilakukan pada proyek rehabilitasi pasar Prawirotaman Kota Yogyakarta. Pendekatan untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja adalah dengan menggunakan metode yang mengklasifikasikan aktivitas pekerja. Dalam penelitian ini pengamatan dilakukan dengan metode Productivity rating, dimana aktivitas pekerja diklasifikasikan dalam 3 hal yaitu Essential contributory work, Effective work (pekerjaan efektif), dan Not Useful ( pekerjaan tidak efektif). Hasil perhitungan didapat kesimpulan bahwa produktivitas tenaga kerja pekerjaan balok dan plat lantai pada proyek rehabilitasi pasar prawirotaman kota Yogyakarta zona 3 lantai 4 niali produktivitas tenaga kerja (kg/jam/OH) pada pekerjaan pembesian balok adalah hari 1 =13,89 kg/jam/OH, hari 2 =11,12 kg/jam/OH, hari 3 =17,48 kg/jam/OH, hari 4 =10,42 kg/jam/OH, hari 5 =19,29 kg/jam/OH, dan pada pekerjaan pembesian plat lantai adalah hari 6= 18,61 kg/jam/OH, dan hari 7 =16,92 kg/jam/OH, dan hasil work sampling per-hari nilai LUR (Labor Utilization Rate) per-hari pada proyek rehabilitasi pasar prawirotaman kota Yogyakarta berdasarkan pekerjaan pembesian balok dan plat lantai adalah hari 1 =73,41%, hari 2 =75,79%, hari 3 =73,41%, hari 4 =75,20%, hari 5 =75,79%, hari 6=75,79%, dan hari 7 =71,43%. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas, Tenaga kerja, dan Waktu The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) started the rehabilitation of the Yogyakarta city Prawirotaman market on Jalan Parangtritis, Brontokusuman Yogyakarta. Rehabilitation was carried out to improve the function of the market as a means of people's trade so that it became an orderly building and not slum. Pasar Prawirotaman had been started since October 15 with implementation for 240 days, and the target was to complete on June 11, 2020. The Work Sampling method was applied because the approach can be used to easily measure productivity. This method was to calculate the level of worker effectiveness by using approaches to measure worker productivity. The research was conducted at the Prawirotaman Kota market rehabilitation project in Yogyakarta. The approach to determine the level of labor productivity was to use a method that classified worker activities. In this study, the observation was carried out using the Productivity rating method, where the activities of the workers were classified into 3 things, namely Essential contributory work, Effective work, and Not Useful (ineffective work). The results of the calculation concluded the labor productivity of beam and floor plate work on the rehabilitation project of the Yogyakarta city Prawirotaman market zone 3 floor 4, i.e. the labor productivity value (kg / hour / OH) in the beam construction work was day 1 = 13.89 kg / hour / OH, day 2 = 11.12 kg / hour / OH, day 3 = 17.48 kg / hour / OH, day 4 = 10.42 kg / hour / OH, day 5 = 19.29 kg / hour / OH, and on the floor plate work, day 6 = 18.61 kg / hour / OH, and day 7 = 16.92 kg / hour / OH, and the results of the work sampling per day were the LUR (Labor Utilization Rate) value per day at Prawirotaman market rehabilitation project in Yogyakarta city based on beam and floor plate works, for day 1 = 73.41%, day 2 = 75.79%, day 3 = 73.41%, day 4 = 75.20%, day 5 = 75 , 79%, day 6 = 75.79%, and day 7 = 71.43%.
