Abstract
ABSTRAK Bentuk gedung mengalami perubahan, dari yang dibangun dengan bentuk melebar dan kini dengan semakin terbatasnya lahan dan adanya kemajuan teknologi dalam konstruksi, gedung dibangun dengan bentuk bertingkat. Bahan material dalam konstruksi juga mengalami perubahan, yang dahulu menggunakan kayu dan bambu kini sudah beralih menggunakan beton dan baja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa desain serta pembebanan yang terdapat pada suatu gedung yang direncanakan dengan material beton maupun baja, kemudian dapat menganalisis perbandingan respon struktur, serta mengetahui material mana yang lebih efektif digunakan. Penelitian ini mengacu dari beberapa peraturan yang berlaku diantaranya SNI 17262019 tentang tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa, SNI 1727-2013 tentang beban minimum untuk perancangan bangunan, SNI 1729-2015 tentang spesifikasi bangunan gedung baja, serta SNI 2847-2013 tentang persyaratan beton struktural. Untuk analisis perhitungan struktur dibantu dengan program SAP2000. Hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan yaitu untuk material beton terdapat 11 tipe balok dan 11 tipe kolom, sedangkan material baja terdapat 5 tipe balok dan 2 tipe kolom. Berat struktur bangunan pada struktur beton sebesar 84161,351 kN, sedangkan struktur baja sebesar 48989,804 kN. Nilai simpangan struktur arah x untuk material beton nilai simpangan terbesar 0,0395 m, sedangkan pada material baja simpangan terbesar 0,0271 m. Pada simpangan arah y untuk material beton nilai simpangan terbesar 0,0723 m, sedangkan pada material baja simpangan terbesar 0,0567 m. Nilai drift ratio struktur pada arah x untuk struktur beton memiliki nilai minimum 0,222% dan nilai maksimum 1,014%, sedangkan struktur baja memiliki nilai minimum 0,227% dan nilai maksimum 0,353%. Pada arah y untuk struktur beton memiliki nilai drift ratio minimum 0,308% dan nilai maksimum 2,258%, sedangkan struktur baja memiliki nilai drift ratio minimum 0,302% dan nilai maksimum 1,576%. Kata kunci: Gedung, Perbandingan, Beton bertulang, Baja Abstract The shape of the building has changed, from being built in a widened shape and now with increasingly limited land and technological advances in construction, the building is built in a multi-storey form. The materials in construction have also changed, which previously used wood and bamboo, now they have switched to using concrete and steel. This study aimed to analyze the design and loading contained in a planned building with concrete and steel materials, then to analyze the structural response ratio, and to find out which material was more effectively used. This research refered to several applicable regulations including SNI 17262019 concerning procedures for earthquake resistance planning, SNI 1727-2013 regarding the minimum load for building design, SNI 1729-2015 regarding specifications for steel buildings, and SNI 2847-2013 regarding structural concrete requirements. The analysis of structural calculations was assisted by the SAP2000 program. The results showed that there were differences, namely for the concrete material there were 11 types of beams and 11 types of columns, while for steel material there were 5 types of beams and 2 types of columns. The weight of the building structure on the concrete structure was 84161,351 kN, while the steel structure was 48989,804 kN. The deviation value of the structure in the x direction for concrete material had the largest deviation value of 0.0395 m, while in steel material the largest deviation value was 0.0271 m.
