Abstract
ABSTRAK Banjarnegara merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang menyimpan begitu banyak keindahan alam dataran tingginya. Banjarnegara menjadi salah satu tujuan pariwisata domestik maupun wisatawan mancanegara. Pada penelitian ini akan merencanakan rute perjalanan angkutan wisata terpendek berdasarkan tempat – tempat wisata di Dieng Banjarnegara, dengan adanya perencanaan rute wisata dengan angkutan wisata ini pemerintah dapat mewujudkan adanya angkutan khusus pariwisata dengan menggunakan jalur atau rute wisata tetap secara teratur. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Algoritma Floyd Warshall. Algoritma Floyd Warshall adalah salah satu algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari rute terpendek yang memiliki input graf berarah dan berbobot, yang berupa daftar titik/node. Berdasarkan hasil survey permintaan angkutan wisata menunjukan sebanyak 90.9 % responden memerlukan adanya angkutan wisata. Rute terpendek yang dihasilkan untuk Rute A dari titik Terminal Induk Banjarnegara – Kawah Candaradimuka adalah 38,8 km dengan waktu henti 8,9 menit, waktu tempuh 89 Menit dan waktu sirkulasi sebesar 244,305 menit, Rute B dari titik Terminal Induk Banjarnegara – Telaga Merdada dengan panjang rute 44,5 Km, waktu henti 9,2 menit, waktu tempuh 92 Menit dan waktu sirkulasi sebesar 263,12 menit. Rute C dari titik Terminal Induk Banjarnegara – Telaga Warna dengan panjang rute 47,5 Km, waktu henti 9,6 menit, waktu tempuh 96 Menit dan waktu sirkulasi sebesar 305,28 menit. Rute D dari titik Terminal Induk Banjarnegara – Telaga Pangilon dengan panjang rute 48,25 Km, waktu henti 9,3 menit waktu tempuh 93 Menit dan waktu sirkulasi sebesar 294,345 menit. Waktu antara (H) masing – masing kenderaan sebesar 30 menit. Jumlah kendaraan yang dibutuhkan untuk rute A 8 kendaraan, rute B 9 kendaraan dan rute C dan D masing – masing 10 kendaraan. Biaya operasional kendaraan per tahun sebesar Rp. 144.812.736 untuk masing – masing kendaraan. Kata Kunci: Perencanaan Rute, Floyd Warshall, Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK) Abstract Banjarnegara is one of the regencies in Central Java Province which has a lot of natural beauty in its highlands. Banjarnegara is one of the destinations for domestic and foreign tourists. This study aimed to design the shortest travel route for tourist transportation based on tourist attractions in Dieng Banjarnegara. With the tourist routes and tourist transportation plans, the government can realize special tourism transportation using fixed tourist routes or routes on a regular basis. This research used the Floyd Warshall Algorithm method. The Floyd Warshall algorithm was one of the algorithms that can be used to find the shortest route that had a directed and weighted graph input, which was a list of points / nodes. Based on the survey results, the demand for tourist transportation showed that 90.9% of respondents required tourist transportation. The shortest route produced for Route A from the main Terminal point Banjarnegara - Candaradimuka Crater was 38.8 km with a stop time of 8.9 minutes, and with a travel time of 89 minutes and a circulation time of 244.305 minutes. Route B from the point of Main Terminal Banjarnegara - Telaga Merdada was with route length of 44.5 km, stopping time was 9.2 minutes, travel time was 92 minutes and circulation time was 263.12 minutes. Route C from the main terminal Banjarnegara - Telaga Warna was with a route length of 47.5 km, a stop time of 9.6 minutes, a travel time of 96 minutes and a circulation time of 305.28 minutes. Route D from the main terminal point Banjarnegara - Telaga Pangilon was with a route length of 48.25 km, a stop time of 9.3 minutes, travel time of 93 minutes and circulation time of 294.345 minutes. Time between (H) for each vehicle is 30 minutes. The number of vehicles needed for route A was 8 vehicles, route B was 9 vehicles and routes C and D were 10 vehicles each.
