Abstract

ABSTRAK Proyek Pembangunan Masjid Fadhli Umar Yogyakarta, banyak dijumpai sisa material proyek. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah luasan area yang terbatas dan kurang memadai sehingga menyebabkan kontraktor kesulitan dalam penyimpanan material yang akan dipakai sehingga menyebabkan penumpukan material yang dapat menimbulkan kerusakan atau tidak dapat digunakan kembali. Selain itu dapat disebabkan karena bongkar muat yang tidak sempurna sehingga material rusak dan tidak dapat digunakan. Sisa-sisa material ini bila tidak direncanakan pengendalian atau pemanfaatannya akan merugikan proyek dan kelestarian lingkungan di sekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui volume direct waste pada struktur kolom dan mengetahui waste level Proyek Pembangunan Masjid Fadhli Umar Yogyakarta, serta mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab direct waste serta solusi dalam mengatasi direct waste dengan menggunakan metode fishbone diagram, sehingga dapat disusun strategi meminimalkan waste, agar waste serupa tidak muncul lagi pada proyek selanjutnya. Analisis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menghitung kebutuhan besi tulangan dan bekisting struktur kolom dari lantai satu sampai empat. Perhitungan dilakukan per segmen untuk mendapatkan sisa waste. Setelah diketahui wastenya kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode fishbone diagram atau sebab akibat. Hasil analisis perhitungan diperoleh volume direct waste pada besi tulangan D16 sebesar 429,2kg/m, D10 sebesar 393,7 Kg/m dan bekisting sebesar 9,64 m2.. Maka dari volume diatas didapatkan volume keseluruhan direct waste pada besi tulangan sebesar 822,9 Kg/m dan Bekisting sebesar 9,64 m2 . volume wastage level tertinggi adalah pada pekerjaan bekisting sebesar 7,723%. Kata Kunci : Fishbone Diagram, Volume Waste, Wastage Level, Waste. Abstract In the Fadhli Umar Mosque Construction Project in Yogyakarta, you will find many project materials left over. One of the causes is the limited and inadequate area, which causes the contractor to have difficulty in storing the material to be used, causing a buildup of material that can cause damage or cannot be reused. In addition, it can be caused by imperfect loading and unloading so that the material is damaged and cannot be used. If the waste of this material is not planned for control or utilization, it will be detrimental to the project and the preservation of the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the volume of direct waste in the column structure and to determine the waste level of the Yogyakarta Fadhli Umar Mosque Development Project, as well as to determine the factors that caused direct waste and solutions in overcoming direct waste by using the fishbone diagram method, so that strategies can be formulated to minimize waste, so that similar waste no longer exixted in the next project. The analysis of this research was carried out by calculating the need for reinforcing iron and formwork for column structures from one to four floors. The calculation was done per segment to get the remaining waste. After knowing the wastes, it was then analyzed using the fishbone diagram method or cause and effect. The results of the calculation analysis showed that the volume of direct waste in reinforcing iron D16 was 429.2 kg / m, D10 was of 393.7 kg / m and formwork was of 9.64 m2. From the above volume, the total volume of direct waste in reinforcing iron was 822.9 Kg / m and the formwork was 9.64 m2. The highest volume of wastage level was in formwork of 7,723%.
