Abstract
ABSTRAK Kelangsungan hidup manusia bergantung pada ketersediaan sumber daya air yang dimana air merupakan kebutuhan pokok manusia. Semakin bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, maka ketersediaan air akan semakin terbatas. Hal yang harus ditangi dalam mengatasi terjadinya kekeringan pada suatu daerah salah satunya dengan menampung air pada embung. Embung Serbaguna Tambaksari difungsikan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan air baku dan air irigasi bagi masyarakat sekitar. Adanya ketersediaan air dengan kebutuhan air keduanya harus seimbang sehingga perlu dilakukan simulasi pola operasi embung untuk mendistribusi air agar dapat terlaksana secara seimbang serta mengetahui tingkat kegagalan embung dalam melakukan tugasnya. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan simulasi pola operasi embung menggunakan metode Standard Operating Rule (SOR). Proses pengerjaan penelitian ini, digunakan data-data sekunder antara lain data penduduk,data hujan, data klimatologi, dan data teknis embung. Luas DAS Tambaksari 0,41 km² sedangkan luas lahan irigasi 12 Ha. Data hujan yang digunakan mulai tahun 2008-2018 dari dua stasiun hujan, data penduduk Desa Tambaksari digunakan data tahun 2008-2019, dan data klimatologi digunakan mulai tahun tahun 2014-2019. Hasil penelitian simulasi pola operasi embung menggunakan metode SOR, dengan cara simulasi dihasilkan bahwa tampungan akhir tidak berada di bawah tampungan minimum dan terjadi kegagalan dalam proses operasi embung selama satu tahun. Kemampuan optimal target release sebesar 70,83% terhadap reliabilitas kebutuhan irigasi dan tingkat reliabilitas terhadap kebutuhan air baku sebesar 58,33%. Melakukan analisis proyeksi penduduk untuk mengetahui jumlah penduduk 20 tahun yaitu 4044 jiwa kedepan dengan kebutuhan air baku sebesar 3,861 lt/org/s. Kebutuhan irigasi dengan pola tanam padi-padi-palawija dihasilkan untuk kebutuhan irigasi di intake sebesar 11,89 lt/s. Neraca air untuk mengetahui keseimbangan antara debit masukan (inflow) dan debit keluaran (outflow). Nilai yang dihasilkan untuk ketersediaan air rata-rata sebesar 0,021 m³/s sedangkan untuk total kebutuhan air rata-rata sebesar 0,016 m³/s. Dapat diketahui bahwa ketersediaan air di intake sebagian belum mampu mencukupi kebutuhan air irigasi dan air baku. Kata kunci: Debit, Simulasi operasi embung, SOR. Abstract Human survival depends on the availability of water resources where water is a basic human need. As the population increases, the availability of water will be increasingly limited. One thing that must be addressed in overcoming drought in an area is by collecting water in the reservoir. Tambaksari Multipurpose Embung functions to meet the needs of raw water and irrigation water for the surrounding community. The availability of water with both water needs must be balanced so that it is necessary to simulate the operating pattern of the reservoir to distribute water so that it can be carried out in a balanced manner and to know the failure rate of the reservoir in carrying out its duties. In this study, a simulation of the water reservoir operating pattern was carried out using the Standard Operating Rule (SOR) method. The research used secondary data, including population data, rain data, climatological data, and reservoir technical data. The area of the Tambaksari watershed was 0.41 km² while the area for irrigation was 12 hectares. Rain data used 2008-2018 data from two rain stations, Tambaksari Village population used 2008-2019 data, and climatological data were derived from 2014-2019. The results of the research on the simulation of the reservoir operation pattern using the SOR method, by means of the simulation it was produced that the final reservoir was not below the minimum storage and there was a failure in the reservoir operation process for one year. The optimal ability of the target release was 70.83% for the reliability of irrigation needs and the level of reliability for raw water needs of 58.33%. Analyzing population projection was to determine the population of 20 years, namely 4044 people in the future with raw water needs of 3.861 lt / person / s. The need for irrigation with the cropping pattern of rice-paddy-crops produced for irrigation needs at the intake was 11.89 lt / s. Water balance was to determine the balance between the input discharge (inflow) and the discharge output (outflow). The resulting value for water availability was 0.021 m³ / s on average, while for the total water demand was at the average of 0.016 m³ / s. It can be formulated that the availability of water at the intake had not been able to meet the needs for irrigation water and raw water. Keywords: discharge, embung operation simulation, SOR
