Abstract
ABSTRAK Indeks produktivitas tenaga kerja disetiap proyek akan mengalami perbedaan produktivitas tergantung peraturan disetiap daerah masing-masing, tetapi akan tetap mengacu pada Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui indeks produktivitas tenaga kerja, besarnya persentase perbedaan, dan harga satuan per pekerjaan beton bertulang untuk pekerjaan kolom di Yogyakarta mengambil studi kasus pada proyek Pengembangan Masjid Fadhli Umar. Indeks tenaga kerja pada penelitian ini dengan melakukan langung ke lapangan dengan mendata jumlah pekerja dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan setiap harinya. Pengamatan di mulai dari pekerjaan bekisting, pembesian dan pengecoran hingga pembukaan bekisting, hasil pengamatan kemudian akan dianalisis. Metode perhitungan ini menggunakan dengan perbandingan indeks metode PerMen PUPR26-2016 dengan metode dilapangan, dari data tersebut dilakukan pengamatan secara langsung ke lapangan dengan cara menghitung jumlah tenaga kerja, waktu dan produktivitas perharinya untuk mendapatkan nilai indeks tenaga kerja pada setiap pekerjaan seperti pekerjaan bekisting, pekerjaan pembesian dan pekerjaan pengecoran pada kolom. Berdasakan hasil analisis di peroleh, besarnya indeks produktivitas tenaga kerja lapangan adalah untuk pekerjaan 1 m2 bekisting adalah 0,0633 mandor, 0,0633 kepala tukang, 0,0259 tukang, 0,1642 pekerja. Indeks untuk pekerjaan 10 kg pembesian 0,0314 mandor, 0,0314 kepala tukang, 0,0371 tukang 0,1044 pekerja sedangkan indeks untuk pekerjaan 1 m3 pengecoran 0,2588 mandor, 0,2588 kepala tukang, 0,5175 tukang, 1,3501 pekerja. Indeks tersebut digunakan dalam analisis persentase perbedaan indeks produktivitas tenaga kerja berdasarkan metode PerMen PUPR 28-2016 dan lapangan, selanjutnya menghitung harga satuan tiap pekerjaan dengan menggunakan metode PerMen PUPR 28-2016 dan lapangan. Kata kunci : Harga Satuan, Indeks Produktivitas, Persentase Perbedaan Abstract The labor productivity index in each project will experience differences in productivity depending on the regulations in each respective region but will still refer to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). This study aimed to determine the labor productivity index, the percentage difference, and the unit price per reinforced concrete work for column work in Yogyakarta taking a case study on the Fadhli Umar Mosque Development project. The labor index in this study was carried out directly in the field by recording the number of workers and the time needed to complete the work each day. Observations start from formwork work, ironwork and casting to the opening of the formwork, the results of the observations will then be analyzed. This calculation method used the index comparison of the PerMen PUPR26-2016 method with the field method. From these data observations were made directly into the field by calculating the number of workers, time, and productivity per day to obtain the labor index value for each job such as formwork work ironwork and casting work on the column. Based on the analysis results obtained, the magnitude of the field labor productivity index for 1 m2 formwork work was 0.0633 foremen, 0.0633 masons, 0.0259 masons, 0.1642 workers. The index for 10 kg ironwork was 0.0314 foreman, 0.0314 foreman, 0.0371 for worker 0.1044 while the index for 1 m3 of casting work was 0.2588 foreman, 0.2588 foreman, 0.5175 for worker, 1, 3501 workers. This index was used in the analysis of the percentage difference in the labor productivity index based on the PerMen PUPR 28-2016 and field methods, then calculating the unit price of each job using the PerMen PUPR 28-2016 method and the field.
