Abstract
ABSTRAK Masalah transportasi seperti kemacetan sudah merupakan masalah utama pada lalu lintas jalan kota-kota besar maupun kota-kota kecil di Indonesia. Kemacetan akan menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi pengemudi atau pengguna jalan dikarenakan waktu perjalanan yang semakin lama. Salah satu tempat yang sering mengalami kemacetan yaitu pasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pasar Ngadirojo Wonogiri yang merupakan tempat masyarakat kecamatan Ngadirojo dan sekitarnya melakukan kegiatan yang terkadang sering mengalami kemacetan. Masalah tersebut ditimbul karena banyak kendaraan umum yang berhenti dibadan jalan sehingga menganggu aktivitas kendaraan lainnya, hal ini perlu dilakukan analisa terkait kinerja simpang, ruas dan kendaraan yang berhenti di badan jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kinerja simpang, ruas jalan serta karakteristik parkir pada area sekitar Pasar Ngadirojo Wonogiri. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara survei LHR (Lalu lintas Harian Rerata) pada ruas jalan yang nantinya data yang di dapatkan dilakukan analisis dengan pedoman Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 untuk mendapatkan kinerja simpang, dan ruas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan pada simpang bersinyal Jl. Raya Ngadirojo – Jl. Ngadirojo (Pacitan) – Jl. Ngadirojo (Jatipuro) diperoleh nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,014 untuk Jl. Raya Ngadirojo (Barat), 0,149 untuk Jl. Ngadirojo-Pacitan, 0,147 untuk Jl. Raya Ngadirojo (Timur) dan 0,129 untuk Jl. Ngadirojo-Jatipuro dengan tundaan simpang rata-rata (DI) 70,689 det/smp untuk hari Rabu maka tingkat pelayanan (LoS) F berdasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 sudah tidak memenuhi standart kelayakan. Sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan kinerja simpang. Kinerja ruas jalan yang ditinjau untuk semua ruas jalan yang berada di area Pasar Ngadirojo Wonogiri masih memenuhi standar kelayakan yang di tetapkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. This research was conducted at Ngadirojo Wonogiri Market, which is a place where people of Ngadirojo sub-district and its surroundings carry out activities that sometimes cause congestion. This problem arose because many public vehicles stop on the road so that they interfered with the activities of other vehicles. It was necessary to analyze the performance of intersections, sections and vehicles that stopped on the road. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of intersections, roads and parking characteristics in the area around Ngadirojo Wonogiri Market. This research method was carried out by means of a survey of LHR (Average Daily Traffic) on roads. The data obtained were analyzed using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997 to obtain the performance of intersections and sections. Based on the results of the analysis that had been carried out at the intersection with Jl. Raya Ngadirojo - Jl. Ngadirojo (Pacitan) - Jl. Ngadirojo (Jatipuro) shsowed that the degree of saturation (DS) value was of 0.014 for Jl. Raya Ngadirojo (West), 0.149 for Jl. Ngadirojo-Pacitan, 0.147 for Jl. Raya Ngadirojo (East) and 0.129 for Jl. Ngadirojo-Jatipuro with an average delay (DI) of 70.689 sec / smp for Wednesdays, the service level (LoS) F based on the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) did not meet the feasibility standard. It was necessary to increase the performance of the intersection. The performance of the road sections reviewed for all roads in the Ngadirojo Wonogiri Market area still met the feasibility standards set by the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997.
