Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembangunan infrastruktur yang semakin meningkat menyebabkan berkurangnya daerah resapan air, sehingga dapat menyebabkan terjadinya genangan air di jalan. Akibatnya, di Indonesia menuntut untuk diciptakannya sistem drainase jalan yang efektif agar tidak menimbulkan kerusakan jalan akibat tidak meresapnya air ke dalam tanah. Oleh sebab itu sekarang ini semakin banyak inovasi dalam perkerasan jalan, salah satunya adalah aspal porus. Aspal porus adalah campuran aspal yang sedang dikembangkan untuk konstruksi lapis atas/ wearing course. Penggunaan aspal porus ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode pengujian yang digunakan menggunakan pengujian marshall. Dalam pengujian untuk aspal porus kali ini pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu pengujian stabilitas, flow, dan VIM. Pembuatan benda uji dilakukan secara panas (hot mix). Perencanaan campuran dilakukan berdasarkan hasil gradasi yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan ketentuan AAPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa campuran aspal porus dengan gradasi 13,2 mm memiliki stabilitas sebesar 508,57 kg, nilai flow sebesar 2,67 mm, dan nilai rongga udara (VIM) sebesar 20,954%. Sedangkan hasil campuran aspal porus dengan gradasi 19 mm memiliki stabilitas sebesar 517,13 kg, nilai flow sebesar 2,37 mm, dan nilai rongga udara (VIM) sebesar 19,136%. Hasil nilai KAO menunjukkan angka yang sama yaitu berada di kadar aspal 6% untuk campuran aspal porus agregat 13,2 mm dan 19 mm. As a result, Indonesia demands the creation of an effective road drainage system so as not to cause road damage due to water infiltration of the ground. Therefore, nowadays there are more and more innovations in road pavement, one of which is porous asphalt. Porous asphalt is an asphalt mixture being developed for the construction of the top layer / wearing course. The use of porous asphalt is expected to solve these problems. The test method used was the Marshall testing. In testing for porous asphalt this time, the tests carried out were stability, flow, and VIM testing. The making of the specimens was done hot (hot mix). Mixed planning was carried out based on the results of the gradations that had been determined in accordance with the provisions of the AAPA. The results showed that the porous asphalt mixture with a gradient of 13.2 mm had a stability of 508.57 kg, a flow value of 2.67 mm, and a value of air cavity (VIM) of 20.954%. While the resulting mixture of porous asphalt with a 19 mm gradation haD a stability of 517.13 kg, a flow value of 2.37 mm, and a value of air cavity (VIM) of 19.136%. The results of the KAO value showed the same number, namely the asphalt content of 6% for the aggregate porous asphalt mixture of 13.2 mm and 19 mm.
