Abstract

ABSTRACT In line with technological developments and welcoming the 4.0 industrial revolution which has now been rolling, every individual and company must be able to adjust to this. Most of the management of employee data, managing employee job assignments, managing employee job reports, and managing employee commissions as appreciation from the company are still done manually, so a touch of technology is needed to speed up and simplify the process. To achieve this, the creation of an information system with the latest technology concepts must be done. Android applications, RFID, and NodeMCU are common words that are closely related to the concept of IoT. An information system integrated with IoT is expected to be able to accelerate the development of employee productivity by reducing workloads and providing clarity about the results to be obtained, one of which is a commission. The development of an IoT-based information system cannot be done in a short time. It needs to go through long enough stages to achieve maximum results, even so companies with limited funds must still take steps so that company productivity can increase by starting to use the system in the beta stage or the testing stage.
