Abstract
ABSTRACT Soka Village Office is located at Soka Village, Poncowarno District, Kebumen Regency, Central Java Province. The Soka Village Office has 9 village apparatus work units and 1 staff person. The area of the village government is approximately 2000 hectares consisting of 4 hamlets, 15 RTs, 4 RWs with a population of approximately 1,300,000. Services in this Village Office must be implemented optimally to become a superior village office and can provide good service to the community. Increased activity causes the archive volume to increase. A village service management information system is needed as a medium to facilitate obtaining and processing archival information. The methods used to build this system are interviews, observation, literacy, and case studies. The analysis tools used are Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diadrams, relation tables, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and information systems built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this Final Project research is a web-based soka village service management information system that is used by officers to store records digitally so that management can be done easily. .
