Abstract

Muhammadiyah 01 Godean Middle School is on Jalan Suparjo Km 01, Pirak, Godean District, Yogyakarta. The problem at Muhammdiyah Godean Junior High School 1 is on a report card assessment system that is still not computerized or still manual which results in frequent errors in the calculation of report cards, therefore a computer program is needed to make it easier to manage student grades and compare the abilities of each student more fast and effective. This research was made with the aim to create a system that can help convey information about the development of students' abilities to parents and teachers. Seeing the existing problems, the research methods used in the design of this information system are data collection methods, system development methodologies, systems approach methods of data collection methods carried out by observation and interviews. The existing design methods will be described in the form of a document flow chart (flowmap), context diagrams, and data flow diagrams. And for the description of the design of the database will be described in the form of Normalization, Table Relations, Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD). The making of this system uses the PHP program and for the database it uses MySQL. With this information report processing system information is expected to help and facilitate the user in the process of finding sales data more effectively and efficiently, so that it can support the development of sales information systems at SMP Muhammadiyah 01 Godean Keywords: Information system design, Report Card Value Processing
