Abstract
Leker Baper is a place to eat that provides cake cakes and other complementary menus which in their activities certainly require the existence of an accurate and sufficient information system to improve service to buyers. The problem with the Laper Baper is that the ordering system is still manual which results in frequent errors in recording the memorandum of sales transactions, data storage of incoming and outgoing goods which are still in the form of archives, so there is accumulation of data and the security of the data is less secure, besides making reports only made in outline that is how much money is obtained each day that requires a long time and frequent errors in writing and calculations. The purpose of this research is to assist the ordering and payment process, so that it provides support for data processing and good data inputting of goods. Seeing the existing problems, the research method used in the design of this sales information system is the data collection method, the system development methodology, the system approach method. The data collection method is carried out by means of observation and interviews. The existing design methods will be described in the form of context diagrams and data flow diagrams. And for the description of the design of the database will be described in the form, Table Relations and Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD). Making the menu ordering and sales information system uses the PHP program and for its database using MySQL. With the existence of this Information System is expected to help and facilitate the user in the process of finding sales data more effectively and efficiently, so that it can support the development of sales information systems on Leker Baper.
