Abstract
PT. Jasaraharja Putera (Persero) is a company engaged in social insurance, including vehicle insurance. PT. Jasaraharja Putera has branch offices in every province, one of which is Central Java where this branch has representatives in grade II (kodya/kabupaten) including Magelang representatives. As one of the companies that handle insurance, of course it is necessary to record data quickly and precisely. However, in the case of crash insurance data management, manual documentation is still found. The logging method used is still using Microsoft Excel. Where employees will always open the file and delete the data to see the receipt of the mandatory dues payment data of the vehicle. The process will hinder pt performance. PT. Jasaraharja Putera it self due to lack of adequate database. The system to be built includes the administration of vehicle data receipts, the number of insured, and the amount of insurance premiums. In addition, the program can also produce reports that can be used for PT. Jasaraharja Putera Perwakilan Magelang purposes. So with the information system of insurance premium recapitulation is expected to be a problem of storage of vehicle data receipts that occur with the amount of data that can be minimized. In building system used PHP programming language (Pear Hypertext Preprocessor) with MySQL data storage media. Waterfall method is used as an approach to the development of systems that run gradually and sequentially so as to minimize errors in system development..
