Abstract

In people's lives, the technology used in buying and selling activities is certainly familiar. The development of technology, which is getting more and more advanced, will certainly have an impact on people's lives. Technology is used to help simplify and help overcome problems that occur in people's lives such as the grocery order delivery system. Delivery order is a service where consumers can order through a website / system that has been provided by the seller without having to come directly to the destination. This research was applied to the Rumah Rakyat Magelang. In this store, there are several problems faced, for example the lack of responsiveness of employees and shop owners when buyers place orders by phone and owners and employees have difficulty managing buyer order data because of often lost or forgotten record data. Therefore, through the design and implementation of the groceries order delivery service system using GPS tracking, it can help buyers more easily buy the groceries they need online. while for stores it is easier to manage orders..
