Abstract
Charlie Studio Music & Recording is a service provider engaged in music studio rental services for the recording process or just playing music and rental music equipment. The rental process that runs on Charlie Studio Music & Recording, which is a data service that is often not recorded properly, sometimes causing irregular turnover so that the financial data between going out and going is out of sync. This condition can also affect the existence of Charlie Studio Music & Recording if it does not improve service to customers who currently only depend on relationships and social media as service promotions. Besides that, the weaknesses of customer orders via chat or telephone media are unable to find out the dates that have not been ordered by other customers and have to wait for the clerk's answer to find out the empty music studio schedule. In addition, the studio, in remembering the order schedule, still uses an ineffective way, namely by writing the date that has been ordered manually on the board in the studio. The purpose of system design is to build a mobile Android-based system on Charlie Studio Music & Recording as a means of information and promotion to customers and also as a medium to facilitate the studio in serving customers optimally. Algorithms, models and system development tools used are waterfall models, object-oriented methods and flowchart design using DAD (Data Flow Diaram) and mobile programming tools such as Android Studio. While the database storage tools use MySQL. The results of the system design are in the form of a customer registration process, customer rental according to the type of room selected, a cancellation process that can be validated by the admin, payment via transfer and reporting related to Charlie Studio Music & Recording renting and turnover.
