Abstract

PT. Hoki Sejahtera Abadi is the company in sector sale of unit house. The target of PT. Hoki Sejahtera Abadi is lower middle people who do not have worth living. The process of promotion is conducted by manual and digital. The manual promotion is conduted by spreading brochure in a crowded frequented while the digitally promotion is conducted by mounting advertising through social media such as facebook. There is no system that can be bridge and give detail information about the unit house. It requires the buyer and the marketing of PT. Hoki Sejahtera Abadi do transaction directly and ask about the house that the buyer desired. The purpose of this research is to help the company in improving the process of transaction system. Based on the research was conducted in PT. Hoki Sejahtera Abadi produced a new system which system that less maximum of required to be replaced. The new system was system that be used to order unit house by online process. The online process was replace the old system because it less efective. Online process to enable people to order unit house by a system. Key words: property, system, marketing.
