Abstract

Recruitment of human resources (HR) is one of the important things in the business process of a company. The process of recruiting HR or employees has a major influence in achieving the mission and vision of the company. The careless recruitment process of employees can result in decreased performance of a company. This can be caused by the ability of employees who do not meet the criteria or errors in employee placement. Therefore, most companies recruit employees with a selection test according to the criteria set by the company. The selection process is carried out to prevent companies from recruiting employees below the set standards. Based on the selection results, the company can determine the candidate employees who fit the company's criteria. In addition, from the selection results can be obtained employee candidates who are able to work optimally. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based application of a new employee selection recommendation system that can provide recommendations to HRD as a consideration in selecting new employees according to the criteria by applying the Weighted Product method in the system analysis process in order to obtain the best results in decision making.
