Abstract

In this study discusses the application of fuzzy logic in solving production problems using the Tsukamoto method. The problem solved is how to determine the production of woven fabric if using three variables as input data, namely: stock, demand and inventory production costs. The first step in solving tile production problems using the Tsukamoto method is to determine the input variables and output variables which are firm sets, the second step is to change the input variables into fuzzy sets with the fuzzification process, then the third step is processing fuzzy data sets with maximum methods. And the last or fourth step is to change the output into a firm set with the defuzzification process with the weighted average method, so that the desired results will be obtained on the output variable. From the calculation of tile production data according to the Tsukamoto method in December 2019 using the monotone rule 27,000 tiles were obtained, while according to company production data in January 2020 producing 26120 tiles, then from direct comparison analysis with original data on the company it can be concluded that the method used closest to the truth value is the production obtained by data processing using the Tsukamoto method using the rules of the Afer formula having a 97.77% accuracy.
