Abstract
Kariso Furniture sells its products using social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp by uploading product pictures, testimonials, broadcasting on all social media applications, and sending product details every day. The mechanism implemented by Kariso Furniture makes income less than optimal. Therefore, we need a website-based ordering system. This study aims to create a system that will be able to process product order transactions and create sales reports at Kariso Furniture and make it easier for customers to buy products online so that customers can buy products without having to come directly to the workshop. The research method used is the waterfall method. The design of this ordering system consists of data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams and interface designs. This online sales system was built using a web-based programming language, namely PHP and MySQL as a database server. Calculation of postage costs and tracking of delivery of goods using the API Raja Ongkir. The result of this research is a web-based system that can be used as a medium for processing order data and makes it easier for customers to order products online Keywords: Ordering, Tracking, API Raja ongkir
