Abstract
Kuncup Melati Purworejo Play Group is one of the non-formal early childhood education institutions. Early childhood education, especially play groups, plays an important role in the level of non-formal school education, so it requires good school management standards. One form of good school management standards can be seen from administrative and financial management. Administration of tuition payments as a source of funds plays an important role in the running of school operations. The payment administration system that runs on KB Kuncup Melati is still manual, where students get an SPP payment card where on the card there is an SPP payment and other payments without detailed information then copied to the ledger. Therefore, the application needed is a system that can assist in processing student payment data which aims to facilitate the management, namely the school treasurer in recording student payments, knowing student financial income and expenditure. The result of this research is a computerized program in order to provide information to the parties concerned quickly, precisely and accurately. Keywords: System, Administration, Payment.
