Abstract
The progress of education will have a significant effect on the progress of a nation, especially the progress of science and technology. One of the efforts to apply technology, especially communication information technology in education, is a learning system using internet media or commonly known as E-learning. With the existence of e-learning, it makes it easy to get learning material, hone skills with question exercises and makes it easier to interact with teachers anywhere and anytime. Basic Education English is an English language course which currently applies the whole teaching and learning process using the conventional method by carrying out all teaching and learning activities in classrooms without having remote learning facilities. To make it easier for students participating in the course to get material without having to always come to the place of access, a medium that can provide material as well as training is fast and easy. One of the most widely used media today is smartphone or android media where almost everyone currently has smartphone so that it can be used to provide material for special participants through an E-Learning system that can be accessed by special participants from anywhere and anytime.
