Abstract
Jackyndro Guitar is a business that is engaged in manufacturing and ordering guitar musical instruments, which is located on Jl. Hos Cokroaminoto Pucangsawit, Solo. Jackyndro Guitar accepts orders for acoustic guitars, electric guitars, violins, bass guitars hardcase / softcase. Jackyndro Guitar is still the choice of Indonesian musicians to produce guitars according to their wishes. However, there are few complaints and obstacles from Jackyndro regarding the marketing of its products, where the marketing is only from friends to friends and only from relatives who know. Therefore, Jackyndro Guitar wants to expand the marketing of its products so that it is known to the wider community and abroad. Even Jackyndro Guitar wants consumers not to have to come all the way to the location just to order the guitar they want. Meanwhile, consumers have to wait for the guitar to order at least 2 months from the day of ordering, depending on whether or not the order is crowded. Jackyndro guitars still have difficulties in determining which products to market to customers, especially the products considered to be the best sellers, because all the products in Jackyndro are in demand by customers. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based online sales program that can help Jackyndro Guitar Solo to promote his products. Based on research conducted at Jackyndro guitar, a system was produced that can assist Jackyndro guitar in processing sales activities in the system so that the sales process can run according to the agreed standard operating procedures, and assist the Jackydro for the promotion process because the system is built based on web, where every system user can order a guitar through a gadget without having to come directly to the shop Keywords: Web, Best Seller, Sales
