Abstract

When companies want to recruit workers, they must make direct selection with a variety of selection held by the company also needs to consider to accept by looking at the track record and work experience of prospective workers who want to work at their company, by means of the above results may be inaccurate and not objective because it still uses manual calculations and can be a nepotism gap or based on the subjectivity of the recruiter. From the problems above, the author will build a labor market system to help recruit prospective workers and find work easily and accurately in making admissions and for applicants it is also easy to do job applications. This system will be built using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method is one of the decision support methods using a number of criteria determined by the company or the worker search, where each criterion has its own weight which will later be calculated by the value of the applicant for each criterion. The number of criteria or variables is made flexible so that the company can adjust to their company. The system will display the final results in the form of grades and rankings to the company while for applicants get an announcement of acceptance.. Keywords: Decision Support System, Job Fair, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)
