Abstract
The Tanjung Bakau Village Office is one of the government agencies in the Meranti Islands Regency, Riau. The administrative service data collection process is still carried out through paper media, which is often obtained from difficulties in finding data because searching for data one by one so that it takes a long time to search for archives, even if it is possible to search for archives that have been loaded for years. Punctuality in administrative services both incoming and outgoing letters must be received. Therefore management of incoming and outgoing letters must be carried out appropriately. Required at this time required a more structured administrative services information system in order to accelerate the search for existing data and report generation. The purpose of this study was to produce an information system for village administration services at the Tanjung Bakau Village Office. For the research methods used, namely: system planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system maintenance. The results of this study can facilitate the administration that runs there and minimize problems in the search and can overcome the problem of the village in the production of letters because the format of the letter that has been approved by the system and helps in archiving well ordered.
