Abstract
The farmer extension center is a free consultation tool aimed at communities and farmers. Every year the number of people and chili farmers in particular is decreasing along with the lack of satisfactory service. Farmers who want to consult with the clinic want good service, but in meeting this need the clinic still faces several obstacles, such as the process of farmers having to queue for hours to get solutions regarding pest and disease management in chili plants. This study aims to assist and facilitate farmers in dealing with chili crop issues, starting from information on chili cultivation and also for consultation. The result of this research is to produce an Android-based Chili Cultivation Application which can facilitate the consultation process and also information.
