Abstract
The management of human resources (HR) of a company or an agency greatly affects many aspects that determine the success of the work of the company. One of the most important aspects of HR management in a company is the selection of the best employees periodically so that those who are selected will be given an award in the form of a bonus to motivate employees to improve their dedication and performance. However, at the kelurahan office in Karangsewu Kulonprogo, there has been no form of appreciation for the performance of employees who are considered superior to other employees. So, we need a decision support system (DSS) that can take into account all the criteria that support decision making to help facilitate the decision-making process. Implementing the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method using criteria set by the agency, namely work activeness, morale, work responsibility, teamwork, care, friendliness, neatness, knowledge, Number of Skipping Skills / Month. The resulting system is the calculation of the best employee values every month with the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method and the best employee recommendations every month.
