Abstract
Hope Family Program or often called "PKH". This is a conditional social assistance program for Poor Families (KM). As an effort to accelerate poverty reduction, since 2007 the Government of Indonesia has implemented PKH. The Social Protection Program, also known internationally as the Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT), has proven to be quite successful in overcoming poverty faced in these countries, especially the problem of chronic poverty. Poverty is one of the fundamental problems that is the focus in any country. In this case the government is responsible for the development of human resources aimed at the welfare of society and alleviating poverty. These problems arise due to the distribution of PKH assistance to the poor that is not yet optimal so that the government in providing poverty assistance is still not in accordance with the existing reality. The method of determining the eligibility of beneficiaries (PKH) is used in this system. Is a Web-based SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, so that beneficiaries can be right on target. The SAW method is one of the methods used in many criteria decision making. This method will provide alternative weighting options according to many established criteria. Alternative choices with the biggest weight, are alternative choices that are recommended to be chosen by consumers.
