Abstract
Laptop Service Center LSC , Yogyakarta is a company engaged in laptop service services. In the competition for the number of laptop service shops, making each laptop service business owner try to improve services to customers. The number of customers at laptop service places using telephone and text messages is less fast and effective due to the lack of proper information to find out what damage has occurred and to know the rates that must be issued based on the damage. This website-based laptop service call service application was developed with the programming language PHP (Pear Hypertext Preprocessor), HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), coupled with CSS (Casading Style Sheet) to make it look more attractive, then MySQL used MySQL as database management for data storage. system, as well as javascript to support the display to make it more interactive. This study aims to design a website-based laptop service application that emphasizes the processing of transaction data such as down payment and guarantee data that will be more structured in data storage using the asynchronous distribution database method, so that the data processing process that is built can be used in the long term. and data storage is guaranteed.
