Abstract
Optimizing the performance of an organization or agency requires productivity. Productivity is important as a measure of the success of optimizing the resources of an organization or agency. The problem faced by the Queen Latifa Yogyakarta General Hospital is the administrative process carried out by recording in books or storing files in physical form so it requires so many books and makes it difficult to find information because there are so many data about employees. Personnel information system (SIMPEG) is a system used for data storage and processing. This system was created using descriptive research methods with the type of case study research in hospitals, where data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and literature studies. A web-based staffing management information system (SIMPEG) can play an important role in making it easier to do data collection, submission and reporting in order to be able to solve problems properly. The results of this study are implemented by a website-based staffing information system (SIMPEG) that can improve effectiveness, ease and speed in the process of managing and reporting staffing data at the Queen Latifa General Hospital.
