Abstract
Budi Sehat Hospital has undergone a hospital accreditation process carried out by the Komite Akreditasi Rumah Sakit (KARS). The process used the SNARS (Standar Nasional Akreditas Rumah Sakit) instrument with 16 assessment standards. The results of the accreditation process stated that the Budi Sehat Hospital was accredited with the title of three stars. However, in the Information Management and Medical Record standard, KARS provides a recommendation that Budi Sehat Hospital provides a digital library facility that can serve the needs of the hospital community in accessing various health information. This research aims to design a digital library system to answer these recommendations. The system designed is an android-based system that aims to facilitate users in accessing library collections. The stages of system analysis and design in this study use an object oriented approach. Stages of analysis produce a list of system requirements, both functional and non-functional requirements. The resulting design is then implemented. The implementation phase is divided into two parts. The first part is the admin module developed with the PHP programming language and the second part is the member module which is an android based system developed using the Java programming language. The editor used in building an Android-based system is Android Studio 3.5. The resulting system is then tested using the Blackbox method. The test results show that all the expected features have been fulfilled by the system. Thus it can be concluded that the system is feasible to use. Keyword : E-Library, UML, Android, PHP.
