Abstract
A pet shop is a business that provides various types of pet needs. Petshop provides various necessities such as pet care, animal care, and also provides various kinds of pet food and animal accessories. Pet care is one of the best solutions for some people who have pets but have to leave them because they do not allow them to travel far. Therefore, pet care services are often sought after because by leaving a pet the owner does not worry about food and care for the animals they own. Because by leaving their pets in the pet shop, the owner can determine what the pets need when they have to be left for long trips. However, in carrying out their business processes, most of the animal care services still use manual records, namely by writing the owner's name, telephone number, address and cost of custody into the note and the note is then affixed to the wall near the cashier in the hope that someone will pick it up. servant pets will easily find, but that way the risk of losing the note will be very large because the note can be torn or dropped and it will cause losses to the trustee or service provider. In this case the case study used is the pet shop pet shop. The pet shop pet shop is one of the pet shops located at Prambanan Klaten. The pet shop pet shop is one of the animal care providers that still uses manual recording, namely by writing the information of the keeper in a note and pasting the note on the wall. The purpose of this research is to assist in the pet care transaction process, so that customers do not have to go to the store to ask for empty cage slots. This pet care information system is made using the waterfall method. With this web-based pet care information system, it is hoped that it can provide convenience in carrying out pet care transactions. Keywords: Information Systems, Animal Care, Waterfall.
