Abstract
The Bansari Community Health Center is one of the health services in the Bansari District. Puskesmas Bansari has the duty to provide complete and integrated health services to the community. In practice, the Bansari Community Health Center serves large numbers of patients and causes long queues and long queue times. The purpose of developing this Web-Based Patient Registration Queue Information System is to facilitate the process of registering old patients and new patients as well as facilitating officers in managing the queue. Data collection on system development uses the method of collection and interview. Based on the research system developed, the Patient Registration Queue Service Information System can simplify and improve data search and registration work and queue management at the Bansari Health Center.
